I appreciate the flexibility UChat offers, from automating responses to integrating AI and NLP for enhanced client interaction. Though the extensive options required some initial learning, it ultimately helped me streamline my customer engagement, boost efficiency, and customize client journeys.

You can use it in any video meeting (Google, Zoom, Teams, etc.), and it's better than the built-in Google Gemini notetaker (as of the time of writing).
