Q-tools only - but half the battle was report creation when there were no templates to get started and not user friendly.

Most people don't have time to scan multi-hundred-page documents for an answer that could be solved in a quick searchable knowledgebase, job aid repository, AI assistant, etc., or watch an hour long video that inevitably won't answer their question either.
