Yardi Breeze vs PayHOA: Which is best for you?

I am pleased with the new Smart AP, it allows us to connect our payables to MRs and keep track of spending and recognize trends in Maintenance and Repair.

Many times, we feel like we know more about the functionality of YardiBreeze than they do. When they take issues "offline" because they can't help us, it takes them days to get back to us, and most often, the problem is not resolved.

Of course, the fact that the entire HOA board is now able to access every detail about our HOA (e.g. vendor information, budget details) with only a few clicks has greatly improved our ability to service our homeowners!

Printing out checks, It does not let you edit the check margins so it never prints out create and I have to edit myself in PDF form.
