- The system simplifies complex tasks like membership management, billing, and fundraising, allowing staff to focus more on serving their community.
- Reports are a little hard to find sometimes depending on what you are looking for. And signatures for camp care. Since we don't use it often when we have to go in we have to relearn it and it takes a while to figure it out.
- It would be nice if we could host files for members to access, or customize tabs to spotlight events and volunteer opportunities. Though that said, the simplicity of the app has made it an easier adjustment for our less tech-friendly members.
- The backend interface is a little crude.
