Consistently incredible customer service. When I have a question about how to do something such as set-up an employees commission rate or process a refund, their email replies are thorough and even included embedded videos to help me see exactly what to do.

We have had some problems with the virtual appointment features within the app, often finding that we are missing sound or video on one end or the other.

They also like the fact user name and password can be saved and they don't have to type every time they need to use the app.

Did not have resizable web page, which was crazy.
