Vagaro vs Weave: Which is best for you?

The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives.

We really expected a lot of great things from Vagaro however the biggest complaint was due to the programs speed, (line-ups at the frontdesk waiting for screens to load) and not being able to "quickly" view a "full" receipt from a single client appointment.

I have been using Weave for over three years now and it truly helps our office with every aspect of communication - chatting with team members within the office, being able to text patients, and sending digital forms.

There are multiple missing files from faxes being missed and confusion trying to work with other providers and facilities with a temporary fax number.
