Event Planning Made Simple and Stress-Free

My overall experience with the EventUp Planner app was very positive. It made planning much more organized and less stressful by keeping everything I needed in one place. The app is easy to navigate, helpful for staying on top of tasks, and great for collaborating with others. While there are a few areas that could be improved, overall it’s a reliable and convenient tool that makes event planning smoother and more enjoyable.

What I liked most about the EventUp Planner app is how it puts everything I need for planning an event in one place. It’s easy to use, helps keep budgets, guest lists, and timelines organized, and makes collaboration with others simple. The reminders and real-time updates save a lot of stress, and the customization options make it work for any type of event. Overall, it really simplifies the whole planning process
Cons:
What I liked least about the EventUp Planner app is that some of the features can feel a little limited if you’re planning a larger or more complex event. It also takes a bit of time to get familiar with all the tools, and certain functions could be more customizable. While it’s still very helpful overall, there are areas where it could be more flexible and user-friendly.

Our catering team is able to easily manage multiple inquires and events. It also gives our managers the ability to enter leads on their own so the catering team can follow up and not necessarily be the initial point of contact for all. Our payroll team is also able to access to confirm proper gratuities in payroll match the contracts signed by guests.
Cons:
Sometimes the contracts seems to go missing or for whatever reason are not appearing in the same place in the system they normally would. Doesn’t come up frequently but sometimes it does and can be confusing.

Its easier to use. It feels that each and every feature of program is built out of relevant knowledge through the industry from the perspective of attendease team. The product works awesome and meets our requirements on pretty much every level. That is precisely what I want for the type of clients and attendants I want to engage. It’s by far the most advanced program. . You don't get support like this anywhere else!

I get the freedom within the application. It manages everything from small events up to large, complex events. It is very user friendly that is it can even work collaboratively with partner other platforms. Attendease is taking away us from building bubble on solutions for all events we do operate and give us all the event team an all in all solution.
Cons:
a little more expensive than other programs, but well worth the investment in ease of use, features & functionality, customer support and quality.

Once the basics have been learned, it is easy to use. There is still more learn to expand the system usage. However, overall we have thoroughly enjoyed setting our programs up and using the system.

I really like the flexibility of this event platform to set it up once and basically forget it with scheduling email blasts for event reminders, surveys, etc. I like the ability to have event calendar available for customers to see what we have in available on a monthly or daily basis. The analytics are also great to have both by event as well as for the entire calendar of events.
Cons:
I would like to have an improved ability to create certificates that can be generated and emailed to participants if the event is a training event. Other than that I cannot think of anything else to improve.

Attendease offers event organizers (me) the space to create and publish a professional, branded event WEBSITE, with a registration form, and without relying on a developer or another department. For me, it is the complete package. The customer support and service is superb. I am constantly and continuously learning. The attendee registration experience is elevated beyond measure - the dynamic event webpages we easily create pique interest, the message blasts we setup and program for delivery keep attendees informed once they decide to register, and we engage to the very end when surveys are sent out and beyond if we were to make broadcasts or videos available on demand. For each event, we manage VIPs, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors and attendees all in one platform from start to finish - from invitation / application, to registration, to messaging, to check in, participation, and finally close out.
Cons:
The only feature I think needs improvement is reports and analytics. Reports and analytics are useful but basic. The plus side is that the company seems committed to continuous enhancements and improving their product to meet their user's needs, which has been my experience.

I love the fact this program is a one stop shop. We are able to format the invite and collect/export all data per event. It is easy to make edits and add invites to the "event" like reminders and thank you's. You are able to create specific questions depending on the event which is very helpful when working on multiple events with specific criteria.
Cons:
You can't go back by hitting a back button. Many times I need to go back and forth between programs and compare data. I am constantly having to go back to the dashboard, re-find the event and start over. For smaller events it is manageable, but having events with multiple people and overlapping guests over 50 attendees it becomes very manual and time consuming.
