Builder Prime vs FollowUp CRM: Which is best for you?

Excellent customer service, continuous improvement of technology and capabilities, strong data tracking, CRM + Project Management platform in one, integrates with Ring Central for call/text, works well on a iPhone.

I am not a fan of the relative inability to access projects without cellular service. If I am in the boondocks it basically cripples me.

It is greatly increased our bid tracking and output and greatly benefited our staff being able to log our brains into an easily customizable CRM rather than keeping everything in our heads alone.

That combined with how they continue to bill clients, I would recommend staying away and I only write a bad review on a company every 5 years at most.
