About ConDoc
ConDoc is a construction management solution that helps businesses organize and share construction documentation and bid sets with internal teams. It allows general contractors, subcontractors and building owners to manage operations, compare building and markup plans and configure workflows.
The application enables managers to review audit logs, facilitate communication with team members and synchronize data across systems. Features of ConDoc include notifications, user management, analytics, offline access, productivity tracking and more. Additionally, employees can view, create and submit request for information (RFI) for approval using Android and iOS mobile applications.
ConDoc lets managers review daily logs, create RFIs from plan sheets and receive notifications for change in the document status via email. Pricing is available on a monthly subscription and support is extended via phone, email, documentation and other online measures.

Overall, the onboarding and training was very smooth. Customer service is always very helpful if there is something that we need fixed. ConDoc is always looking for ways to tailor the software to the industry and is not afraid of suggestions from trade partners to make it happen.
