  • Best part is it saves time, money AND creates a customer experience as they view their interactive estimate that I would have no way of replicating without Bolster.
  • A few other tricky features that we encountered: internal messages from prospective clients can be easily overlooked and once read, the notification seems to stay on, the processing company (Plaid) used for ACH invoice payments require personal banking information that our customers feel is too invasive, we prefer to send our own review requests after we completing a job instead of Bolster’s automatic surveys that are sent to our clients (this can be turned off, if requested).

  • Updates and improvements seem to be automatic so there is no need to install anything.
  • Every item has to be manually entered and often the user has to convert vendor pricing to user pricing, again very time consuming.
