    A few years down the line we will have our full service and works history documented and stored to refer to without having a large amount of physical paper stored in our office taking up space and being hard to navigate. New staff will need less instruction on finding these and reports arrive instantly.

    Could possibly be more easily customisable in what you provide to the customer.

    We've been using the Workpal system and app, and once it's configured to suit your specific needs, it's incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. Having worked with various systems over the years, I can honestly say that Workpal is one of the easiest to navigate. [sensitive content hidden] and his team have been fantastic — always supportive throughout the setup process, and [sensitive content hidden] is quick to respond to any ad hoc queries we’ve had. If you're considering Workpal, I’d highly recommend setting aside time for proper team training and being clear on what you want the system to deliver. The feedback from our clients has been very positive, especially around the reporting features — reports can be generated quickly and look professional. Our engineers also value how easily they can access their weekly schedules and add ad hoc jobs, helping them work more efficiently day to day. A great system backed by a great team!

    Easy to navigate round the system with a good customer service team if needed. The team are always checking in to see if they can help

    Not a lot of issues if im honest, not something that would turn me away. just a quicker response on new ideas put forward for possible changes. but that is being really picky

    It was easy to use when shown how, [sensitive content hidden] their customer success manager , was fantastic and very responsive
    Cons:
    Theres a lot to know about the form building , to get forms right. I cant see android or tablet form on the pc . So if i designed a form in form builder , i cant test the toggles etc.. id have to log into app and assign a job to myself ,to test form i designed properly. To see it from engineers perspective.

    I’ve been very pleased with WorkPal and would recommend it. Compared to other apps I’ve used it quick and easy and very adaptable to suit your requirements.

    Even for someone like me who isn’t very tech savvy I find it easy to use. The clients like the job report that they receive and a big plus is that even if you are in an area where signal is poor WorkPal will still operate perfectly and save all the info to complete the job once it has signal. I’ve dealt with [sensitive content hidden] who has been very patient and understanding when it comes to my limitations with tech and any problems or issues have been quickly resolved, even retrieving data which I thought had been lost. WorkPal is a definite upgrade on any job app I’ve used before. Would highly recommend it.
    Cons:
    The only little annoyance is that you can’t change the log in password for each operators. The passwords are like a WiFi code.

    App is clean and functional to use. Desktop hub keeps everything well organised. Customer support is second to none.

    None so far, the software is doing everything I need it to to keep our job records organised, teams in the loop and safety records up to date.

    With our work heavily concentrated inside London, it is crucial to provide our engineers with the most efficient routes to get them from job to job to avoid stand still traffic and stay on course to hit client provided SLA'sHaving instant access to sleekly designed job report cards we can provide all of our clients with precise, real time updates which has improved our already strong customer satisfaction scores

    Intergration with WAZE navigation would be useful as some of our engineers choose to use this satnav system

    Great software for asset management

    Workpal have been great. They have been following up with us to make sure we are happy. They are offering options to help with any issues we have. I regularly get a call or email to see how everything is going.

    Workpal can fit their software to suit you. They can turn on and off features to keep Workpal as simple and straightforward as you need it. They can make the forms to suit you and their form controls are very good. Their developers are very obliging and very inventive at setting uo the system to suit what you need
    Cons:
    We couldn't have a test run with the software before setting up everything. If potential users could trial the software with basic forms I think it would make implentation much easier and give clients a better insight into what to expect.

    Suggested changes for easy of customer use functionality

    Overall quite positive once the correct people got involved. It is still light years behibd some of the other software providers especially when it comes to ease of reporting and confidence in the data and also there are some issues with the front end in terms of the data views that need rectifying. A dashboard is also necessary and not available.

    The features and suggested ease of reporting was a key feature when deciding to purchase, Unfortunately some of the items that we stressed where critical and needed to be included in the jobs page are not possible- overall the software is nice to use but there are too many areas that are not linked in teh backend meaning that you have to duplicate information quite often and also cause confusion. Also the sync feature does not always work.
    Cons:
    We struggled enormously to get the deployment team to understand our needs and then found out what we needed and had been sold could not be done. Problem reporting--the onus is on the customer to prove the application is not working.

    The software is incredibly easy to use, importing data can be done in bulk therefore it speeds up the process. If you have an issue your consultant gets back to you straight away and always ready to help and advise.
    Cons:
    Some of the terminology is something we have never used as a company so getting our heads around that to start with.
