Great Application

It has functioned well when utilized by me under a bookkeeper's control and recently I moved to making it my own account. The transition was seamless, support was extraordinarily clear, concise, and helpful.

Pros:

Many of my clients use QuickBooks Desktop version, and Qbox allows us to work with them, assisting in whatever way is needed. Qbox is easy to use, their support is excellent, being able to easily share & save documents - all at a very reasonable cost.

Cons:

The only issue that I sometimes have is moving documents from one folder to another. I don't do this often, so I need to re-learn the process each time. It does not seem intuitive to me. Other than that, I do not have any "cons"!

Great program to share access

Qbox is a great tool to share files remotely and securely. Runs smooth and fast. Straightforward to use once installed. Customer service has always been helpful with the questions we have every now and then.

Pros:

The ability to share access with our accounting software with our accountants and have everything sync remotely.

Cons:

Network issues have been common but as a small business we do not have an it member so it requires some effort from us to reach out to customer support and resolve issues. Thankfully each customer support experience has been great and successful. I do believe the network issues are faults of our own with updating incorrectly.

ZERO interruptions. Always on. Seamless workflow. No delays while working in the file. Great US Based support team that is helpful, quick, reliable and always very friendly. I could go on and on...

Cons:

Nothing to note, other than I must point out that all the things I dislike about RightNetworks are non-issues here.

Customer service is great to work with. Each time I had to call they were very helpful and patient with the issue.

Cons:

disappointed about the fee increase but still a good value. I host many q box clients and keeping track of the billing so I can bill the customer is a pain. I wish we could bill the customer directly and still have the same access.

A cost-effective solution for remotely working with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

We’ve been using Qbox since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time, we needed an app that would allow us to work remotely on our clients’ accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop, and it made sense in terms of cost. An accountant recommended Qbox to us, and we were delighted. One of the most impressive aspects of Qbox is the unwavering dedication of its employees in assisting us when we encounter issues with the system. Although such incidents are rare, when they do occur, they demonstrate a resolute commitment to resolving the problem. We are thoroughly satisfied with Qbox and the company behind it. It stands out as one of the best apps we’ve discovered for our business.

We can remotely use QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise without incurring costly investments in an online server.

Cons:

The only limitation is that you can’t work remotely simultaneously. However, for the most part, that’s not a problem for us. Once we close a QuickBooks Desktop file, our colleagues gain updated access to the system.

They help me set everything up, and also are there for my mishaps. they are always patient and kind and solve my issues.

Pros:

I love the ease of use with shared QBDT files and document files. But my favorite thing is their customer support!!! They always as calm and precise when solving my problems (even when I am not, lol) A person always answers the phone and I have not ever had to wait for support.

Cons:

So far there is nothing that I don't like. They send out an email before they update the system, so that is good. I can't think of anything negative to say about Qbox.

Good Solid Software Solution for Quickbooks File Sharing at a Reasonable Price

I am an accountant and have been using and recommending Qbox for years. I'm thankful it allows our clients to stay with Quickbooks Desktop because the on-line version of Quickbooks is terrible.

Pros:

Simple to use, the software doesn't "glitch" like almost everything else, and is reasonably priced. The few times I have needed support they responded quickly, they always address the issue (no going down rabbit holes) quickly, are courteous and helpful. The support staff speak english and know the product.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. It works well. It's simple to install and implement - and the support is excellent if you get stuck or confused.

I have been using Qbox for 3+ years and have always been very satisfied with the product. I was recently having technical difficulties and within moments customer support was able to direct me to simple step by step instructions to quickly resolve my issue.

Cons:

I do not currently have any complaints about Qbox. As a Property Manager, it meets all of my day to day business needs.
