The value, ease of use, and customer support are what really stand out to me. Even when I’ve made a mistake, they know exactly what’s wrong and fix it right away. Their support team is amazing.

Cons:

There isn’t one thing I don’t like about Qbox. Every experience has been positive, and I truly wish more companies operated in this manner.

QBox is a Tried and True solution for remote access.

We've used QBox for many years. It has made it possible to perform bookkeeping and accounting processes for clients who are loyal to a QBD version. Customer support has always been very responsive.

Pros:

Ease of syncing QB Desktop files between our accounting team and our clients. The only other option in most cases would be to send an accountant or bookkeeper onsite to use their computers instead of working remotely.

Cons:

Sync for multi-user environment doesn't provide multi-user sync for our accounting team. If we log in, the client multi-user environment is completely locked. Would like the ability to have our accountants access the QBD file without locking out the client-side team.

Reasons for choosing Qbox

QBox allows collaboration and file sharing without having to log into the client network and without installing an application that would effectively put a hole in our network defenses.

Great program to share access

Qbox is a great tool to share files remotely and securely. Runs smooth and fast. Straightforward to use once installed. Customer service has always been helpful with the questions we have every now and then.

Pros:

The ability to share access with our accounting software with our accountants and have everything sync remotely.

Cons:

Network issues have been common but as a small business we do not have an it member so it requires some effort from us to reach out to customer support and resolve issues. Thankfully each customer support experience has been great and successful. I do believe the network issues are faults of our own with updating incorrectly.

Pros:

The convenience for using Quickbooks on multiple computers. It's good for many different users, too.

Cons:

Waiting for files to sync when Quickbooks crashes. Not QBox's fault, though. Quickbooks crashes more these days.

Pros:

I’ve used Qbox for a couple of years now, and overall it’s been a great experience. The platform is very user-friendly, clean, and easy to navigate. File sharing and collaboration work smoothly, and cloud storage feels reliable. I never had issues accessing, downloading, or setting up files. The biggest plus for me is their customer support, the team is always available and very helpful. That alone adds a lot of value.

Cons:

The fees keep going up, and storage costs can get high fast. For small businesses, the price can feel a bit heavy.

Great customer support

I've been using Qbox for several years and been very happy with it. It solves the issue of file transfers and offsite backups.

Customer service is great to work with. Each time I had to call they were very helpful and patient with the issue.

Cons:

disappointed about the fee increase but still a good value. I host many q box clients and keeping track of the billing so I can bill the customer is a pain. I wish we could bill the customer directly and still have the same access.

Superior Product - Would give more than 5 stars if that was an option!

This product is superior to the other options on the market. I love it because it is simple, reliable and so easy to use.

ZERO interruptions. Always on. Seamless workflow. No delays while working in the file. Great US Based support team that is helpful, quick, reliable and always very friendly. I could go on and on...

Cons:

Nothing to note, other than I must point out that all the things I dislike about RightNetworks are non-issues here.

Good Solid Software Solution for Quickbooks File Sharing at a Reasonable Price

I am an accountant and have been using and recommending Qbox for years. I'm thankful it allows our clients to stay with Quickbooks Desktop because the on-line version of Quickbooks is terrible.

Pros:

Simple to use, the software doesn't "glitch" like almost everything else, and is reasonably priced. The few times I have needed support they responded quickly, they always address the issue (no going down rabbit holes) quickly, are courteous and helpful. The support staff speak english and know the product.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. It works well. It's simple to install and implement - and the support is excellent if you get stuck or confused.

Pros:

I have been using Qbox for 3+ years and have always been very satisfied with the product. I was recently having technical difficulties and within moments customer support was able to direct me to simple step by step instructions to quickly resolve my issue.

Cons:

I do not currently have any complaints about Qbox. As a Property Manager, it meets all of my day to day business needs.
