Award Force vs InfoReady: Which is best for you?

NDS uses it for 3 Awards programs and it is extremely user friendly, as well as being highly accessible for people who require alt text, screen readers, etc.

Its not very intuitive as there are tabs that I don't know about that I need to click on to get to the next stage.

Inability to edit templates, inability to award applicants from the "reviewer" notification email (I have to actually go into the competition to award applicants), inability to specify an award amount in batch awards.
