- I like the fact it can help us automate things in marketing and help us grow by controlling SMS and email going out.
- Integration of some of their new features was not possible without hiring a developer on our end. Since we don't have a developer in-house this was an additional cost to us that we didn't forsee.

- Emotive has made it very easy to reach out to our SMS list with great segmenting options, awesome support (who will even write your texts for you), & an intuitive user interface. When Emotive created its own pop-up for gathering phone numbers and email addresses from customers, JC and the support team took care of the entire migration for us.
- We've had several customers be disappointed that they could not call us, or had to explain why we had an American # when we are based in Canada.
