how easy it was to use im not the most tech savy person around so when all he directions were right in front of me it made me smile

Cons:

my least favorite thing was how long it took to set up. but like they say you loose ll of the chances you dont take

FRAUD! Be careful, they will bill you without warning!

VERY FRUSTRATED. This company refuses to perform common basic courtesy. They took money out of my account without advance notice and once I noticed it (next day) they are refusing to refund/reverse the charges.

I cannot comment on this as I had not used the product after first subscribing.

Cons:

The cancellation and subscription policies of CLEPHER are extremely one sided and deceptive. The company does not warn a subscriber of their renewal anniversary coming up. If the subscriber does not cancel prior to renewal, the company REFUSES to refund the next day. I am now out (Sensitive Content Hidden) for a product I am not using and they are refusing to be flexible on this. HORRIBLE!!!! AVOID!!!!

Hi David, Geez, you keep mudslinging, and even after you lost the dispute you're still trying to cause mayhem. Now, since you took this public, let me get the other side of the story: As mentioned to David in our support channels and in the dispute he lost, we told him that we email customers with a monthly subscription twice a month, mentioning that they have an incoming charge coming up. David received these emails too. And our records indicate that he opened them. However, he didn't click the link to manage his subscription on both occasions. We don't feel it's fair for him to call us a fraud when David clearly is guilty of negligence. This is not about courtesy; it's about David not taking responsibility for just clicking the BIG CANCEL button in his account. For each renewal, you have 30 days to cancel the next renewal, and for every 30 days, we email you twice, letting you know about a pending charge. This is more than fair. David, you're not a fun person.

Intuitive and easy to use.

I've been able to set up a messenger bot, covering the basics and now putting together more complex flows for Instagram, and for my website. Overall, it's been quite rewarding, in terms of getting started and accomplishing quite a bit, quickly.

It's very intuitive once you've understood the basics. The knowledge base is top-notch, with videos walking one through each aspect of the platform.

Cons:

There was an initial hiccup creating a new bot. Switched from Chrome to Brave browser, and it's all working superbly.

Reasons for choosing Clepher

Functionality and Cost. The evolving features and the simplicity of interface (for intermediate users) helped quite a bit.

Great chat-bot tool

I'm not new to technology, being a programmer, but I had not set up something like this before. The integrations were relatively straightforward but I had a few stumbling blocks on things that felt less obvious to me. The customer support was REALLY good and fast to respond to help prod me the right directions for it. So that is something I really appreciate.

Pros:

Wonderful for having a chat bot take over dealing with boring customer inquiries (and deterring spammers/scammers). I wanted something I could set up with little effort and Clepher delivered on that. I wasn't sure what to do with Manychat and that seemed like it was going to be more expensive anyway. With Clepher I was able to get things integrated and with the help of their wonderful customer support, have a working solution within a day. It has already helped with fielding inquiries. I really like how it integrates with my OpenAI Assistant so I can continue to improve things.

Cons:

Understanding the flows and integrations proved a slight challenge.

Reasons for switching to Clepher

Clepher offered what I wanted, one time price and integrates with OpenAI with no extra charge.

fascinating automation tool - regular toolbox with so many options it takes a while to learn but simple enough to start with in a day. a real treasure tool for FB and IG

Takes a while to learn how to work with the plethora of tools abvailable

All worth it!

I’ve been really impressed with Clepher so far. The platform makes it simple to build powerful Messenger and Instagram chatbots without coding. I like that I can connect multiple Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts under one subscription, and the automation tools save me a ton of time. What really stands out is the customer support! Clepher is really easy to use and doesn’t require coding, which made setting up my chatbot fast and straightforward. Cons:

My overall experience has been excellent. Clepher combines security, customization, and automation in one place, helping me manage leads and customer conversations more effectively. Clepher delivers excellent value for money with its lifetime deal. The chatbot builder is flexible and intuitive once you get used to it, and I love the customization options that let me create unique flows. The chat conversations feel natural and engaging, and the data management tools make it easy to organize subscriber information securely. Overall, it’s a powerful platform with everything needed to scale automated conversations.

Cons:

I’m looking forward to seeing Version 2 with WhatsApp and TikTok integrations, which would make the platform even more powerful. Also, expanding the subscriber limit (e.g., 10,000 in the $99 unlimited package) would be a great addition for growing businesses.

Pros:

I appreciate the value for money - a big thank you is in store. Truly this will be a learning curve but the I think it will be time well invested. I appreciate you highlighting the concerns about security with the chatbot. Also, I am impressed with the customization options available. I am looking forwards to the new chat conversation I will be able to have.

Cons:

I have to really get into it to be able to say something bad about this product as I don't know too much about the ins and outs too well, but so far, it looks right.
