Pros:

The insights it gives us into what is really happening in our organisation - we have 2 sites and remote workers. The amount of data you get is a lot and its all really relevant and can be broken down easily - the impact report is really good as we can see what we can do to improve. It is also a safe space to collect comments we might not have collected before!

Cons:

It was quite a lot of work to understand the system but we are getting there!

Pros:

Simple implementation, simply platform. Continued support to strategize with our dedicated contact. It is a great tool for any organization looking to provide employees with a simple way to share their insight, and ultimately, VALUED.

Cons:

I have not personally experienced any cons. It has a lot of great tools, webinars offered consistently, and the help center has some amazing SOP's.
