Pros:

If you’re looking for a tool to help you manage your LinkedIn contacts without going to LinkedIn jail check this out. It helps you target a group of people and get all their posts in a single space. You can also interact with them and keep track of your conversations. The team is easy to reach out and are always bringing new stuff based on the users’ inputs.

Cons:

It has more features than what I use. since I don't manage many social media accounts. And sometimes there is a bug. But the team is quick to respond.

Pros:

Unlike some of its competitors, Breakcold is actually fun to use. The platform is very intuitive, but also features a checklist and knowledge base to get you up and running in no time. It's a social selling CRM that allows us to engage with B2B prospects via email, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).

Cons:

We are missing integration with other social platforms such as Facebook, Xing and Instagram.

Social Selling and Lead gen Mini Champ

Overall experience has been good just a few updates needed as i said earlier. and need to increase number of integration options. besides these it is a great tool for sales teams targetting smaller number of leads for better results. as in the end this is enablement not complete tech.

I absolutely love the fact that it integrates well with all 3 platforms i.e email, Linkdin and Twitter.Because of which i can practically keep an check on all of clients social activities which can help our sales team and us to personalize better and sell at the right time and with right relevance as well as relationship

Cons:

The tool is new so a few bugs hear and there are a given and the team is quite small so it is a good as well as a bad thing. The amount of integrations available is quite limited and i feel it should be increased a lot.Other cons can be on pricing a bit pricy for people from tier 2-3 countries.

I can integrate LinkedIn profiles, create segments of prospects into specific lists, and access their recent posts, all from Breakcold. This allows me to engage directly (through comments, likes, or messages) without having to open LinkedIn. The best feature is the ability to add an unlimited number of team members, enabling them to assist with the work. I’m also a big fan of the stuff the founder shares. This content has been a game-changer for me, helping me step up my skills big time. I’ve found the tips on email outreach super helpful. It’s great to have everything I need in one place and also get some cool advice on the side. And I'm not from the sales background but this CRM is super simple to understand and make it work.

Cons:

I remember when I was trying to figure out how to do this big bulk action and couldn't find the button, and it was so confusing. But then I reached out to the support team and they helped me out. Sometimes, the steps or buttons you need aren’t really clear, but the cool thing is that I can just send a message to the support team and they’re there to help me.

Pros:

LinkedIn is great for lead generation and engagement, but it lacks a lot of functionality that Breakcold delivers, e.g. a selective timeline where you can follow the people you want to instead of what an algorithm selects.

Cons:

Monitoring many people leads to very long times until all posts are loaded. What looks like a malfunction is rather a security function. LinkedIn acts pretty restrictive when external systems access an account. The delayed actions of Breakcold care for not being locked out of your account.

A Fresh Take on Social Selling with Breakcold's CRM

The platform is user-friendly, and that's saying something considering English isn't my native language. The design is intuitive, and I've found it easy to connect with prospects.I'm still fairly new and collecting data from potential leads, but the way it handles my information is promising. Their Social Selling feature is something you won't easily find elsewhere. I've compared it with other CRMs, and Breakcold is really doing something special here.

Cons:

I'm relatively new to the platform, but it's been straightforward to connect my social media accounts and there is plenty of help and documentation, so no Cons at this time.

Cons:

Setting up the SMTP was a challenge at first as the UI wasn't clear enough, so I kept entering the same details twice, but support helped resolve this and was very patience until I was able to connect my email address.

I cancelled my linkedin navigator subscription and use breakcold as my CRM. It is significant to force a change in my workflow.

Pros:

With Linkedin, its easy to lose track of prospects, their conversations and their data. If breakcold was built into Linkedin, everyone would be a millionaire. The secret to Linkedin, is engaging with prospects when they are interested, not when you want to pitch. Breakcold helps with the law of familiarity, helps you particiate in the conversation with clients and get them to meetings. You an even run campaigns if you so choose.

Cons:

I was sad when twitter pulled the ability for programs like Breakcold to participate. Twitter doesnt know what its missing.

Great and easy-to-use product

I am a first-time user of a CRM, operating in the art market field. I am not used to this kind of app as a first-time entrepreneur ; however, it is so easy to use. the experience is very fluid and intuitive. Breakcold helps me keep track of the interactions I have my potential customers and even allows me to create cold email campaigns. It's all about quality over quantity and that's what I'm here for.

I love their social selling feed. It's so intuitive to use and just overall a great idea for social selling. On point.

Cons:

The set-up, because it required me to connect to my Google account and set up some passwords - which I didn't entirely get right away, but I was guided step-by-step through it and it honestly took 5 mins. So very survivable.
