The recent data breach and subsequent long term service outage was a major disruption to our business and resulted in significant revenue loss and added labor to recover once service was re-established.

They did have a very nice looking final invoice that the customer would recieve and their support team was great to work with.

Way too many screens, price codes, drop down menu, etc. Someone needs to be willing to take the time to train me on the system.
