- My personal favorite features are the presets and customizations that are available.
- So I never actually used the service for like 7 months of the year which was fine because I paid for it. But What I didnt like was the auto renew was turned on and when I Noticed the day after they auto charged me for a full year I emailed them saying hey I never saw an option to turn off the auto renew please cancel my subscription they said no we dont do refunds.
- Screen capture quality is crisp, the editor is simple for trims, and the AI features (summaries, titles, and chapters) save real time when I’m sending demos to clients or explaining tasks to my team.
- I’ve hit an occasional hiccup with uploads on spotty Wi-Fi, and organization can get messy if your workspace grows without naming rules or folders.
