eWay-CRM vs Jungo: Which is best for you?

eWay-CRM helps me keep customer records, communication, and project data in one controlled place. Since it runs inside Outlook, it’s easy for the team to follow consistent processes without switching tools.

The need to constantly switch between the old eWay desktop version and the new eWay Online, as not all functions work due to the installation on our server required for the accounting system integration.

This is a great CRM if I have 50 leads a month I am working, but we import 50 per day per person and it is near impossible seamlessly go through the leads and update them as needed.

They have no customer service and cannot figure out what is going on.
