eWay-CRM helps me keep customer records, communication, and project data in one controlled place. Since it runs inside Outlook, it’s easy for the team to follow consistent processes without switching tools.

I miss the option to copy text directly from the lists. When you want to copy some data, you have to click through everything. And our marketing lists are not working well.

It's built with good Security and is excellent with Sales Reporting tool and keeping Sales Management in order and also has good Email Marketing tools.

Automation isn’t very rich: Simple workflows and reminders are fine, but advanced, branching automations, multi-step cadence builders, and lead/candidate scoring are limited without add-ons.
