About eZee Centrix

eZee Centrix is a channel manager application for hotels. Through a single online dashboard, operators in the hospitality industry can manage 5 to 1000+ rooms and bookings from various sources. Motels, hotels and resort chains can use the platform to gain insights into their performance and improve customer experiences through modular pricing.

The multilingual tool provides daily bookings and revenue overviews and tracks KPIs, including occupancy percentage, ADR and average LOS. eZee Centrix comes with yield management reports, a booking funnel and a visual display of looker to booker results.

eZee Centrix provides daily statistics, lead time analysis and time-based comparisons. It connects with over 130 travel and booking sites, including metasearch engines, vacation rental platforms and online travel agencies (OTAs). The inventory system ensures distribution across all channels and delivers real-time updates to minimize underbooking, overbooking and rate disparity.

    eZee Technosys, one of the world's leading PMS software tech firms, defines any hotel's functionality needs with a user-friendly software interface and application to transcend one's inability to market and compete with 5-star establishments. Cloud-based applications and interfaces allows one on the go to update, sync all transactions with ease and effectiveness that at Airport View Hotel, an increased turnover & occupancy rates year in year out have been met with much appreciation.

    Not to be insincere, i personally don't have a con to state and if i ever had, any other eZee user would state me wrong!!!

    Consistency is key, and they’ve nailed it. No dip in quality over time. I’ve reached out dozens of times. Every interaction has been positive. They resolve things quickly and correctly. No endless back-and-forth.

    Customer service 44/7 that help a lot if urgency. The team is always available, any time of the day or night. Even during holidays, they respond quickly and efficiently. Their availability 44/7 means I can rely on them every single day. No matter when I contact them, they are ready to help. Midnight, early morning, or late evening — they are always online. They help solve problems when I need them most.
    Cons:
    Connected to few OTA like Expedia is not easy. The integration process takes too long. Technical documentation is unclear and hard to follow. Sometimes credentials don’t work as expected. There's limited guidance for first-time users. The support for OTA connectivity is slow. Errors appear during synchronization.

    Training Dates are not easily available. There should be physical trainer available who can guide executives to perform day to day operation.

    Before using eZee Centrix, managing multiple OTA accounts was a time-consuming task. Now, it’s all centralized. We can push rates, close out dates, and manage inventory from a single platform without logging into each OTA. It has drastically reduced manual errors and improved booking accuracy.

    eZee Centrix is hands down one of the most reliable and efficient channel managers I’ve worked with. It makes OTA management effortless with real-time sync, easy rate and inventory updates, and seamless integration with eZee Absolute PMS. The dashboard is intuitive, and the bulk update feature saves a lot of time. I also love how easy it is to map new OTAs and manage promotions directly from the system.
    Cons:
    There’s hardly anything to complain about. Occasionally, it may take a moment to reflect changes on certain OTAs during high traffic, but it gets sorted quickly and the support team is always responsive.

    Revenue management is one of the best facility available in ezee channel manager. One of the best thing is that the price updating scenario has come to an end. All the things are managed from the ezee channel manager.
