HOLIDU - THE BEST VACATION RENTAL SOFTWARE

Great! Highly recommended and has made Management and salsa of our vacation rentals easy and effective !

All the features , 1. Booking on 28 platforms 2. Our own booking site 3. Reservations synced 4. Easy setup and easy to modify vacation rental units 5. All calendars in sync no double booking 6. Payments received before or on check in by customer 7. Customer sees Holidu as the renter on the platform and sees thousand of rental units and very good reviews so is more trusting and more confident to book. 8. Holidu customer service

Cons:

Customer service needs to be available Saturday’s and Sundays - there are no weekends during the season !!

Sito davvero innovativo e che semplifica tutto.

Il sito è semplicissimo e molto intuitivo. Dentro il sito stanno tante genialate che altri non hanno! Tipo il sito web personale, l’opzione per riempire i buchi aumentando la % se non si vuole affogare per 1 giorno e tante, tante altre. Assistenza italiana non in Albania!!! L’assistenza Holidu si compro tra come se la casa fosse loro, si vede che ci tengono si interessano al piano tariffario, pensano alle strategie di vendita!!! Lo trovo davvero superlativo

Que en una sola aplicación, englobe las reservas de varias páginas.

Cons:

1-Que se den los teléfonos para contactar directamente.Debería ser como las páginas directas, escribes en tu idioma y al cliente le llega traducido en su idioma a través de la aplicación y no por whatsapp. 2-No llega notificación de reserva a la aplicación , solo por email. 3-Cambiar datos fiscales(no poder cambiarlos yo directamente) (llevo un año con mi nombre mal escrito)

En general nuestra experiencia como empresa combinada con Holidu es muy buena. Pero el precio en comisiones es muy elevado. Teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de plataformas a las que Holidu ofrece propiedades de debería obtener mejor porcentaje de comisión.

El que Holidu sea una Plataforma que gestiona todas nuestras propiedades a la vez facilita mucho la labor de gestión de nuestro negocio.

Cons:

El precio final de comisiones de Holidu sumado a los de las demás plataformas incrementan muchísimo el precio del alquiler vacacional estipulado por el propietario. El cliente final llega a pagar hasta un 23% más.

Fantástico

La experiencia maravillosa, te avisan cuando va a entrar un huésped, cuando sale, tu propiedad se anuncia en muchos portales y pagan días antes de que llegue el huésped. Otros portales pagan días después de la salida, con Holidu todos son ventajas.

Pros:

The calendar; my whole family are able to access the calendar and block the property when they want to - preventing me from being the go-between and avoiding any conflicts. Multiple connections: before I was just marketing the property on Airbnb and now I have it on multiple channels in multiple languages and I only had to input the information once - all the translations were done for me.

Cons:

It is obviously more expensive than doing it yourself but it takes away the hassle of running it myself, which is worth a lot, AND we rent out the property much more than before!
