With Holidu's channel manager, you only need one contract with a single account to be present on all top portals: Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Google Vacation Rentals, Hundredrooms, Check24 and our very own Holidu platform.

With Holidu, you stay in direct contact with your guests while getting support whenever needed: pre-booking inquiries, booking modifications, communication with portals, and language barriers with guests.

You don't have to do it alone. Our philosophy is: stay in control at all times, get support whenever you need it.
Your personal Account Manager is there to help optimize your listing for maximum revenue, share local market insights and answer any questions that may arise. We will check regularly if your property is competitive and suggest changes if necessary.

We are personally there for you. Your Holidu team is just a short drive away - you can stop by your local office any time to speak about your holiday home.

Holidu empfehle ich Gastgebern gerne weiter

Denke das Wichtigste ist oben gesagt. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wird per Googlemeeting und Bildschirm teilen die Einrichtung vorgenommen. Angenehmer Fotograf/in hat entsprechend aktuelle Fotos vom Objekt gemacht und veröffentlicht.

Pros:

Holidu mit der Selbstbucherplattform helfen beim Onboarden, machen Werbung auf vielen Plattformen, kümmert sich um die Abrechnung mit dem Gast und setzen Kundenwünsche zeitnah um.

Cons:

Wir haben DTS Sterne, leider werden sie nicht angezeigt. Manche Anfragen, wie bitte die Änderung bei den Bildern - wird auch schnell erledigt - aber ohne Rückmeldung, das es erledigt wurde. Generell eine Rückmeldung wäre super. Manche Anfragen dauern etwas, meist geht es innerhalb 1 Tag.

Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Unkomplizierte , übersichtliche Seite Holidu macht sich Gedanken , wie man Dinge vereinfachen kann.

Es ist ganz leicht und unkompliziert mit Holidu zusammen zu arbeiten . Bei Problemen ist immer sofort ein Mitarbeiter zur Stelle, der einem hilft. Sehr übersichtliche Seite . Es wird ein professioneller Fotograf geschickt. Das die Gäste sich zukünftig selber anmelden können.

Das man die Texte und Überschriften nicht selber ändern kann.

Recomendé su página de anuncio a un propietario el cual accedió a formar parte de su cartera de promotores de turismo rural. Al cabo de un tiempo contactaron conmigo para gratificarme o premiarme por la recomendación, con una cantidad económica.
