About Ringy

Ringy (formerly iSalesCRM) is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that helps small to large enterprises manage leads, improving sales operations. It comes with an administrative dashboard, which enables users to categorize inbound/outbound calls as rescheduled, referral or new leads based on clients' onboarding status.

Ringy allows businesses to contact prospects via SMS or email drips and monitor response rates using actionable analytics. Managers can automatically store lead data in a centralized database and assign follow-up tasks to specific sales representatives. Additionally, organizations can utilize the voice over internet protocol (VoIP) module to conduct conference calls and forward ongoing calls to specific sales agents.

Ringy facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as Facebook, Google Maps, Zapier, Google Calendar and more. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via an inquiry form.

Pros:
I really like how the software gathers the necessary information about a prospect and how that information is displayed. I like the customizable set up that a user can do with many of the features of the software. I like how the software tracks your activity of calling and texting. I like how the software helps you organize your leads. And I also like how the software sends you notifications of new leads, texts, and calls from prospects.
Cons:
I thinks the price for the software is a little too high. And while it is user friendly, there are glitches with the phone system including dropped calls and texting errors.

iSales was light years beyond the CRM system we were utilizing. The functionality is increasing with time, overall it's a great product.
Cons:
I wish there were integration where you could send an immediate email like you can an SMS message, there are times I'd like to have that function. Campaign functions could also be improved, things that should be sorted out, like "no SMS" dont always work. That's using all the sorting on the page. Some of them still slip through.

Good Features and interface. Terrible customer service and many critical glitches and bugs

Customer service is terrible, they don't answer questions or address problems you have. When they have critical outages and your business suffers they profusely apologize and promise things like reimbursment of paid features that did not work during the outages but never deliver in their promises.

ISalesCRM is now Ringy

The more I use it, the better I get at using it. Like with any CRM, there is a learning curve. Haven't availed myself of the new training videos which I'd recommend for any new user. Customer service is sketchy. For the cost, it seems worthwhile.

Like any CRM software the more you know about what you need and the better you understand its features, the better it can serve your needs. After almost two years, I am still learning about it features and functionality. Especially like the campaign option.
Cons:
The disposition tags and automatic actions are a little redundant or maybe I just haven't figure out how to use them to their best benefit.

Applaud software designers for features offered. Great “bells & whistles”...best CRM used to date. Enjoyed and attended a few weekly webinars for Q&A with other users and training support. Unfortunately, I recently turned off system, too time consuming to keep current, in real time.

Initially I was excited and intrigued by the expanded features, customization and automation of managing data, however, it began to manage me and demanded too much time. Not sure current design handles large volume of data efficiently.

Having all my leads to be all in one program.
Cons:
I would like a better way to find inbound leads. Maybe some type drop down that will filter and reposition the dial list. It is frustrating to the time of inbound calls all they are all mixed in the outbound calls .

The best thing about the iSalesCRM software is that it literally does the work for you! You set up your messages, the timing they get sent out, and how frequently they do ONCE. After the initial set up of the numerous features integrated into this software for efficiency, the software works FOR you from there on out.
Cons:
The biggest con is that if you don't have a high internet speed, it will work very slowly.

iSalesCRM doubled my sales year over year

Overall this product increased my sales by double year over year. I never had a problem with the software and super easy to use. I tell everyone I know in sales to get it.

The best part is the follow up aspect. Sometime as an agent following up with leads fall through the cracks. Not so with this software.
Cons:
Nothing that really jumps out. I think it was worth every penny.
