Lime CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM), which helps businesses in utility, real estate, wholesale, construction, machinery, membership and consultancy sectors access and handle customer interactions, history notes, agreements, contacts, to-dos, marketing activities, projects and more on a unified platform. It helps supervisors visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) to streamline decision-making processes in real-time.

Lime CRM enables managers to receive calendar or email notifications about added client conversations and create personalized data views by saving specific filters. Businesses can generate reports on follow-up activities, sales pipelines or other metrics and utilize the search functionality to retrieve relevant information from the system. Additionally, it helps organizations ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards.

    Great system with both CRM and FRM capasity within the same system

    We use this system for the Leagues - Eliteserien and OBOS-ligaen as well as all clubs within these leagues. It is a great tool for aggregation all fan activites and touchpoints as well as making the marketing departements more professional.

    The search function Ability to add tickets through integrations Easy to customize
    Cons:
    Not all functions from the desktop version is in the webversion yet. Still have to use the desktop client in order to do some stuff.

    Most of all beside the above it is the staff that works at Lime. We have a great cooperation both in the long term and when we need to get more immediate attention.

    It's scalability, modifiability, API and and the intuitive GUI.
    Cons:
    IT has become much better but some mail gets stuck when the system will send an announcement back to the customer when they file a request in our work order solution.

    Very bad and compllicated, small boxes, totally outdated, No integrations with any of our systems like Fortnox, Get accept, Lime Go, Financing. We really hate to work in this system.

    I appreciate the program's user-friendliness, flexibility, and the ability to adapt the modules to the administrative flow of our organization.
    Cons:
    Writing an order confirmation from a word template takes time. It feels like a bottleneck in my productivity.
