  • My experience with Odoo has been very disappointing. Once you become a paid client, it is extremely difficult to receive direct and proper customer support. If you encounter any issues with your account, instead of solving them, they simply redirect you to their website, leaving you without real assistance.

  • The software also excels in record-keeping, forecasting, and maintaining historical data, which are essential for effective budgeting and approvals.
  • The ability to search for past purchases. If I crated a requisition but the PO was created by the purchasing department I cannot filter searches by myself and the vendor because each is only true in one or the other not both. Since there is no ability to select a vendor in the requisition it is not possible to easily group purchases that I made form a specific vendor.
