Pros:
- Reliability: The system is stable and dependable, which is why it’s widely adopted and used by most call centers that I worked for . - User Interface: The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. I especially appreciate the customizable call logs menu, which makes it simple to find exactly what you’re looking for. - Efficiency: Readymode streamlines workflows and ensures that call operations are handled seamlessly.
Cons:
Sometimes, when you're already viewing an old profile and there's an incoming call; the new file won't show up. This issue doesn't always happens but it I encountered it a few times, and I'm hoping that this will get fixed in the future updates. I haven’t encountered any major drawbacks in my experience. The platform has met my expectations consistently.

Overall, my experience with Readymode has been very positive. The platform makes it much easier to manage daily calling tasks and stay organized throughout the workday. I appreciate how reliable most of the core features are, especially the call management tools and the ability to keep track of leads and notes efficiently. The system also helps increase productivity because everything is accessible from one dashboard, which saves time and reduces confusion. Even when small issues occur, they usually do not interfere much with the overall workflow. In general, I would rate my experience very highly because the software helps teams stay efficient and organized, making it a valuable tool for call center operations.

Pros:
One of the things I liked most about Readymode is how organized and easy the platform is to use. The interface is very clean, which makes it simple to navigate even for new users. Everything from managing leads to making calls and tracking results feels structured and efficient. I also like how quickly I can move between tasks without feeling lost in the system. The dialer tools help streamline the workflow and save time throughout the day. Another great feature is how well it keeps information in one place, making it easy to review previous calls or notes. Overall, it helps agents stay productive and focused, which makes the workday smoother and less stressful.
Cons:
While my experience with Readymode has been mostly positive, there are a few things that could be improved. Occasionally the dialing system can feel a bit inconsistent, and sometimes calls have to be made manually when the automation does not work as expected. This can slow down the workflow a little, especially during busy calling sessions. Another thing that could be better is the learning curve for some advanced features, which might not be immediately clear to new users. More built-in guidance or tutorials could make it even easier for beginners to fully understand all the tools available. That said, these issues are relatively minor compared to the overall usefulness of the platform.

Reasons for switching to Readymode

It was soooo not organized the call flow was soo bad and the grafics were so uneasy to the eye it surely made the worst experience ever

Cons:
That It's not evolving as other dialers are coming up nowadays that have many more features than ReadyMode like Orum, It shows a very advanced modern view on every part of the dialer when it comes to the Caller or Manger view and a lot of dialers are relying on AI now including Orum to determine the call results and give a full transcript for the call no matter what the call's language was: English or European

Great Dialer for Sales Teams Handling High Lead Volume

5

Our overall experience with Readymode has been very positive. It has helped improve our team’s productivity and made it easier for our agents to stay organized with follow-ups and call tracking. The dialer, call history, calendar reminders, and data management features make it a strong solution for teams that handle a high volume of outbound calls. It has definitely helped our team operate more efficiently and connect with more leads throughout the day.

Pros:
Readymode has been a great tool for our sales team. The dialer allows our agents to get through leads much faster compared to manual dialing, which helps us increase the number of conversations, appointments, and offers we can make each day. The calendar feature is also very helpful because it shows reminders for scheduled calls and how much time remains before the next callback. This helps our agents stay organized and on top of their follow-ups. Another feature we really like is the call history, which makes it easy for agents to quickly see what happened on previous calls before speaking with a lead again. Uploading data into the system is simple, and the ability to customize call dispositions to match our workflow has been extremely valuable for our team.
Cons:
Overall the platform works very well, but like most dialers there can be a bit of a learning curve for new agents when they first start using it. Once the team gets familiar with the system and workflows, it becomes much easier to use.

Ready mode x DME cap

We have been using this for more than 3 years and we really enjoy it. Ready Mode is mostly great—intuitive, quick-loading, and genuinely helpful for staying organized. But honestly, the mobile version feels half-baked: scrolling stutters if you flick too fast, and the interface cramps up on smaller screens. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it drags down what could be a flawless experience

Pros:
Readymode is highly regarded for its ability to streamline high-volume outbound sales through a combination of an intuitive interface, powerful automation, and dedicated support. Users frequently praise its ease of use, noting that the platform's user-friendly dashboards and "smooth UI" allow new agents to start dialing effectively from their very first day with minimal training. The dialer features are a central highlight, specifically the predictive dialer which intelligently manages up to 12-28 simultaneous lines per agent to minimize downtime and maximize live connection rates. These tools are complemented by an integrated CRM that automatically stores call recordings, notes, and dispositions, ensuring high accountability and organized lead follow-ups. Furthermore, the platform's customer support is often described as "top-notch" and responsive, with technical experts available via phone, email, or chat to provide hands-on assistance with implementation and troubleshooting.
Cons:
Steep learning curve, poor native integrations, and lacks AI for email and phone verification The mobile version of Ready Mode feels rushed and underdeveloped—like they prioritized desktop and forgot phones exist. Scrolling lags painfully when you swipe fast, buttons are tiny and cramped, and the whole thing just doesn’t flow. It’s a shame, because the core idea is solid, but this half-baked execution kills the momentum.

we where looking for a lower cost pre user product.

Reliable Dialer With Strong Call Stability but Needs SMS Features

4

Overall, my experience with Readymode has been generally positive, especially when it comes to dialing stability and call consistency. The platform performs well in maintaining a steady call flow, which is critical for outbound sales operations and appointment setting teams that depend on high dialing volume. The system feels dependable during long calling sessions, and that reliability helps agents stay productive throughout the day. However, there are still areas where the platform could improve, particularly in communication features beyond voice calls. Integrating tools like SMS messaging or additional engagement options would make the platform more complete and reduce the need for external tools. Despite these limitations, Readymode remains a solid choice for teams primarily focused on outbound calling and looking for a stable dialing solution.

Pros:
Readymode provides a very reliable dialing experience with steady call flow and consistent connectivity. One of the things I appreciated most is how smooth the calling process feels compared to many other dialers I have tested before. The system handles large call volumes well and the call routing feels stable, which is extremely important for outbound teams that rely on continuous dialing without interruptions. The interface is also fairly simple to understand, so agents can get started quickly without spending too much time learning complicated settings. Overall, the platform does a good job maintaining call stability, which helps maintain productivity during long calling sessions and allows agents to focus on conversations rather than worrying about technical issues.
Cons:
One of the biggest limitations I noticed while using Readymode is the lack of built-in SMS functionality. In modern outbound sales and lead generation workflows, SMS follow-ups are extremely important because many prospects prefer text communication over calls, especially when they miss the initial call. Without native SMS capabilities, teams are forced to rely on third-party tools or separate systems to send text messages, which adds unnecessary complexity to the workflow. It would be much more efficient if SMS features were integrated directly into the dialer so agents could send follow-ups, confirmations, or quick messages without switching platforms. Adding SMS support would significantly improve the platform’s flexibility and make it more competitive with other dialing solutions currently available.
