About RealOffice360

RealOffice360 is a customer relationship management (CRM) software that helps real estate businesses manage client database, daily tasks and payments on a unified portal. The platform includes deal tracking functionality, which allows marketers to handle a variety of sales operations like leads capturing, follow-ups, sourcing, commission tracking, taxes and more.

The client management module in RealOffice360 lets organizations add and maintain client details and documents in a centralized repository, import contacts from Microsoft Outlook or Spreadsheets, and organize contacts into groups. Features include email marketing, notes, opportunities management, secure data storage and more. Additionally, managers can use the daily planner to schedule tasks, create to-do lists, and receive alerts for anniversaries and birthdays.

RealOffice360 supports integration with various third-party applications such as Google Calendar, MailChimp, Mailing Labels and more. It is available for free and on monthly subscriptions. Support is extended via email, FAQs and other online measures.

The functionality is great, and it's very intuitive to use. Certainly helps keep a busy agent 100% organized.
Cons:
Sometimes it can be a little glitchy, however the support team is so quick to help out and correct things it hardly matters.

All CRM's Should Be This Easy!

[sensitive content hidden] was great to first email with & then have a video call to fully explain the CRM, do a demo on how it functions and answer all my questions, and there were many! I am looking forward to making RealOffice360 an integral part of my real estate tool box!

Easy to use, love the capability to keep track of all the important dates for ALL family members! Good way to track transactions and always have your stats at your fingertips.
Cons:
It would be nice to have the ability to complete a CMA on the site and send just sold/just listed emails pulling data right from the CRM. Neither are deal breakers though.

Helps me set daily tasks to be as productive as possible. I am able to keep track of my leads and correctly follow up with them. I can also track my sales pipeline to not miss a thing.

My favorite part of RealOffice360 is the pipeline view where I can see where all my clients are at any given stage.
Cons:
I wish it had more templates and some automations.

I ultimately liked RealOffice360 because of it's simplicity, copy and paste ease and most importantly using the pipeline which kept me in tune with the whole picture of my business on one page (including both buyers and sellers). I also liked that RealOffice360 is real estate specific.

Reasons for switching to RealOffice360

I was taking a Buffini class. Buffini CRM was too detailed. I didn't need that much detail. Follow-up Boss has great automations and templates but is too much money. OnePageCRM was very similar and I almost went with that one but I don't believe it was specific to real estate.

Cons:
Once a task flow is applied, if you want to change the due date for ALL of the tasks, you have to do so one by one. It's not a deal breaker but it's a task.

RealOffice360 provides an all-in-one and simplified solution. It allows us to stay current with follow up, up-to-date with tasks, important dates and deal tracking. A refreshing platform and first class customer support!
Cons:
If any of the calendar events are moved or changed, with the exception of to the very next day, both the initial event and the adjusted event show when syncing to Google calendars. This creates double up events and is frustrating as dates changes often.

RealOffice360 has been super easy to navigate. I was easily able to upload my contact lists, set up my pipeline, track my transactions, and sync my daily tasks with my Google calendar, allowing me to receive notifications of tasks I need to complete.
Cons:
I wish that I was able to add prospecting tasks to a large group of contacts at the same time rather than individually.

A price increase caused me to look at other available products. I find RealOffice360 more compatible with my business for nearly half the price.

I can set up anniversaries and sync them with my calendar to never miss an important day again. I can use it to print out Avery labels for my monthly mailers with ease. Remembering a friend's significant event or thought can be easily recorded. They have implemented many of the features I have desired for a while. Email sending is very easy with email integration tool and custom templates.
Cons:
I do not like that the app is slow. If the app could be better optimized I would be estatic.
