    The best page for voip services and international number

    Best of all, buy my number in the United States with a few steps and receive calls on my conventional phone is the best experience, to make calls also through voip applications you can use your conventional phone for everything.

    They have a very easy-to-use platform, the number purchase sections are very intuitive and they complement with tutorials to be able to connect everything with your phone, it allows you to redirect calls and have your phone number in the United States among other countries very easily.
    Cons:
    I did not find any, it is very complete, perhaps you can expand the business to other services that are related to numbers and calls

    Hello, After being a customer for many years I have received a request for verification stating that I need to upload a copy of my passport and until I do none of my numbers are functioning and balance can't be topped up. I have completed verification in a timely manner, but account is still offline. During this period none of the incoming phone calls are routing to our numbers. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years and never had any issues with your service. What's going on and why you make it impossible to use the service during the verification process? I am also especially concerned with the number expiring soon that we are unable to top up balance for . If it expires - how can we get this number back? We have invested our advertising budget into this and can't understand how such business practices can be the thing of today without regard to customer's needs, especially in the busiest time of the retail sales season !

    Incompetent and Unprofessional Service

    We’ve had a terrible experience with ZADARMA. Since August 21, 2025, we’ve been trying to verify just one phone number. We submitted all company data, an employee photo with passport and date, and every requested document. After a week, nothing happened. Our documents were rejected because the date “no longer matched”—but that’s only because support replies once every two days! By the time they review, the date is outdated again. Slow, incompetent, and not reliable for business. Avoid ZADARMA.

    Easy to register, but everything else is a disappointment. Maybe the pricing looks attractive at first glance.
    Cons:
    – Extremely slow support — replies only every two days. – Ridiculous verification process, documents constantly rejected for no reason. – Unprofessional and unreliable, impossible to use for business. – Wasted over a week just to verify one phone number. – Overall incompetence and lack of responsibility.

    Terrible CS to use, even if attractive package and good features.

    Extremely inconvenient service, customer care, or uncare, and respect. I made an order of business line for my startup, and selected a special number. To set up the phone number and make it functional, they asked for a bill of utility for the business, which is a brand-new business. I told them we have subscribed to a utility and are waiting to receive the bill, which will be provided once it's received shortly, since it's a startup. For no reason, without any confirmation, they cancelled my plan and banned my account from gaining numbers. They wanted to regain the special number I selected, and so they have no care for anyone who wants to use their service. It's really inadvisable to use this platform. Take care of your matter and don't get their service. I imagine how difficult to deal with them; moreover, if you have a business number that your clients used to contact you on, Zadarma can cancel it at any time and ruin your business !!!

    Nothing to like, except some attractive feature, which will not be accessible, actually. The PBX looks great, but if it works!
    Cons:
    Giving a hard time to people and businesses. They only attract clients by features and plans, but after that, they make people live harder. Their admins have some rocks in their brains!

    The system can't send SMS messges

    The solution doesn't answer my need. The support team didn't fully refund after I installed the system and used it for 1 hour to understand if it works me. I find it very upsetting that the instructions of use were not clear enough for me in the begging and where they finance team decide to charge me for half a year use instead of one month or even completely refund me for not using the system.

    Terrible implementation, but worst is their inconsistent price!

    Terrible experience. From the beginning it was very difficult. I am very angry at companies that are not transparent with their clients just to have a bit more money at the end. I think that Zadarma has to work first and foremost on their core values as a company.

    After a long process, it worked and I could do good voice calls from my cellular with their terrible app.
    Cons:
    I hate when companies have an inconsistent price. They have price in dollars, but for one reason my account was in Euros but my prices where HIGHER than in Dollars - Why? Because Zadarma is Zadarma and those are their values. The prices are high, we wanted to try it but it quite expensive. Terrible app on Android. Very hard to implement. Very hard to find the recordings - it's not intuitive. Problems on their website - I starter registering a phone number but it didn't do that. Even the person on the help center knew that they went too far when they started to steal my money, he didn't care to let me go and didn't offer to make things right. I talked about values - here it is. When a company doesn't have good values, this is what happens.

    Flaky service, bad customer support

    I purchased a virtual number from Zadarma. After setting it up on my phone with their app, I immediately started getting dozens of spam calls a day on the new number. After an unhelpful back and forth with their customer support, I was basically told that they don't know about the history of the numbers they sell and they had no suggestions other than trying a new number. My question about whether this was a common issue with their virtual numbers and whether I should expect an improvement was ignored twice. I said fine, I'll try a new number without any sort of assurance whether that would improve the situation. They cancelled my old number and its features, and then asked for more money to add the same features (SMS service) on the replacement number. Basically, don't expect any meaningful help from their support or for your phone service to be problem-free. Do expect to be nickel and dimed if you run into issues.

    Cons:
    Worst customer service I ever seen in this industry. It ruined the whole experience for me. I was forced to stop using the service and switch to a different provider after 1 or two month. Wasted my time and money.
