Contentsquare vs Google Analytics 360: Which is best for you?

We've been able to understand better how users interact with our websites since implementing the Contentsquare platform, which has allowed us to focus on improving the areas that garner the least attention and strengthen those that do.

Session replay could be improved, sometimes it doesn't load, setting up mappings can take time.

Some simplification of the tools for the part time user would be really helpful. And perhaps a summary level of analytic data could be shared about all site visitors without revealing details on the actual individuals and their location or geodemographics.

I don't like how the data retention is limited, since some data is lost after some time due to the settings. And the product cannot be customized as I like.
