It’s quick to get surveys up and running, offers clean analytics, and works well across teams. Despite a few technical and integration quirks, it remains my go-to survey solution due to its stability, affordability, and thoughtful design.

SurveyMonkey does not have built-in A/B testing, which would allow users to test different versions of a survey or compare different questions to see which performs better.
