Pros:

I really loved how simple it was to implement a test and all the great functionalities such as annotations to help us with better understanding our users. This is especially valuable for early stage businesses trying to better understand their target audience.

Cons:

I heard feedback from folks I shared links for testing with that the sign up process wasn't super simple. Also, I would have enjoyed the tool more if I could narrow down on my target audience profile more. Now that we are a B2B company, I can't keep using this tool, but would have loved to been able to.

I have found their customer support team especially outstanding - they have acted on my case promptly, and I have managed to gather testing results in almost no time after their support.I also found their AI analysis tool useful which optimised our workflow massively.

Cons:

It could have been more easier to invitate our my own testers (e.g. bulk/automated email invitation feature).

Not their customer service, not their UI

Cons:

Customer service, they are not a fair company. They want your money, they're not in it for the long haul. They don't care if you come back in 2-3 years they just want more money now and tell you to fuk off afterwards.

Great product! However, weak for self-recruited users.

Great tool with a weak spot (see above). I will definitely continue using it despite this!

Pros:

Incredibly easy to set up a usability test with remote users recruited by UB. Great video review tool made it super fast tp get relevant results for the variety of features and UI I was testing.

Cons:

I wanted to send my test out to a few self-recruited users, and this was a FAIL unfortunately. It was not obvious to me that my users would need to do a significant amount of setup (download plugin, etc) and have a test computer meeting minimum requirements. They all had issues and I didn't get usable tests from them.

I really like that Userbrain is super easy to use and you get results fast. In a matter of a few hours, you get your first test results. I've used Userbrain many times for last-minute user tests.

Cons:

I don't like that it's a bit pricey for startups and that the prices have increased over time.

What I like most about their software is that they actually care about the customers and the usertesters. I have used their software for a long time now and they will make sure I am up-to-date on my profile so I won't forget they are around.

Cons:

What I dislike is they do not need me for the testing as much as I thought but I think if I stayed more involved I would really make a killing.

- User brain is one of the user testing platform where we can earn some extra cash from giving our feedback on softwares websites or mobile applications to companies for some monetary rewards. - One of the good thing about userbrain is that we get paid via PayPal and the payment then gets credited in our bank account.

Cons:

-One of the cons about userbrain is we do not get many tests/ studies and getting qualify for any test is also difficult.

Userbrain is so easy to use and the ability to set up all different types of user testing has lots of scope for businesses of all sizes.

Cons:

The software could do with more functionality for international markets but is already pretty good for this.
