The only other negative is that rewards are difficult to see on the card, when a customer reaches 10 stamps (enough for 1 reward), the stamps disappear and a reward is saved, I know to click the 3 small dots to access further info and view rewards but despite publishing this information, many of my customers panic and think their stamps have just disappeared and their reward isn't there.
