Trustpilot is useful for tracking customer opinions and establishing credibility for the brand, as well as making marketing decisions, and it brings reviews together into one place so that trends and issues can be easier to spot over time.

It seems like it's a bit of a 'necessary evil' to have, on one hand we need a system to collect customer reviews, but also the ability to reply to any reviews and so we're left paying for this expensive bit of software just to manage our reputation.

The customer service is truly a disgrace, as a german speaking customer you will be absolutly looked over, nobody will care for you, your emails wont be answered, your calls will end nowhere, their hotline is literally not answering any calls its just disgusting.
