- What I like the most about the tool is that it allows us to track our results overtime and to understand which actions are being successfull and which are not.
- Other pain point is that I set up immediate notifications when we get reviews, but when i get a notification that a new Yelp review has been submitted, I won't see it in ReviewTrackers for almost 24hrs.
- I like the way it gamifys getting referrals and allows you to compare yourself to other loan officers both in your company and competitors in your market.
- I like to see where I rank, but I also feel the rankings are not fully based on reviews and this is odd.
