As a product possibly being able to integrate to our service desk would be good

Pros:

File Sight really honors it's product name. Gives us confidence we can be sure when data is being accessed, when and how.

Cons:

toke a few minutes more and separate reading to figure out how to setup the endpoint client. (just because the monitor is that easy to setup)

The ability to customize it - I implemented a customized report for a client who wanted to know which files on the server were being deleted on a weekly basis.

Cons:

Not really a con - the software complex and very powerful - I needed the assistance of support to set up the report.
