Excellent Customer Support Easy to Use and Implement - They handle everything right from the get go. Good Value for Money - For the level of service they offer, they are very competitively priced in the market.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning. Maybe it could benefit from more granular targeting options to extract specific elements based on attributes or CSS selectors.

ScrapeHero offers data sets of store listing for major gas, grocery, etc. chains. The data is provided in csv format and contains GPS information. The data is refreshed periodically. If you are looking to expand your customer base, SH has plenty channels to choose from.

Cons:

Contact or customer support is only via email. However, the responses are timely.

Our pricing is middle of the road in this industry - not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Our customers come to us for a higher quality service and this higher customer experience does comes at a higher cost. The kind of customers we have (Fortune 100) expect a high level of service and we have been delivering that for a decade now. Unlike most companies in this industry, we have a dedicated quality team which adds to the cost. We do more so that our customers have to do less. Eventually the TCO works out great for our customers as evidenced by our 98% customer retention rate. Thanks you again for your review.

Scrapehero great for real estate data mining

I designed a method doing data analysis on current and prior real estate listings that allowed me to analyze the current local market and find value in properties where it wasn't obvious or a listing was outside my traditional "buy box". It was frustrating that several data fields that would have been easy to add were missing and I had to manually add them. It would be helpful if Scrapehero would add to their base products over time to improve them. All in all though, I am happy to have found Scrapehero and have used it to score mulitple profitable deals.

Cons:

Missing data and no obvious way to add fields. Zillow interface is good. It would be far more useful with a few extra fields

I like that my queries are saved so I just need to click once to trigger a common extraction request.

Cons:

I would like to see some better organization of the google review data. After I extract it, I have sort the data by the time frame the review was recorded.

Quick Efficient Data Collection For Store Locators

We enjoy the fast access to retailer data that we can add to our store locator. Many times retailers are slow to provide store addresses and this allows us to quickly add the locations our products are available to the store locator.

Cons:

There isn't anything that I can recall as a downside to the service.
