What I liked most about Grepsr is the reliability of the data and the consistency of delivery. The support team is very responsive and proactive when issues arise. It removes the need for building and maintaining complex scraping infrastructure. Data quality remains high even when source websites change. Overall it saves significant engineering time.

Cons:

What I liked least is the limited hands on control for deep customization. Advanced changes or new logic usually require coordination with the Grepsr team. Consistent quality delivery

Grepsr are a very well run professional outfit across both technical and account management. We have pretty demanding needs and a huge volume of data. The quality and consistency of the output is great. Overall an excellent supplier.

Excellent account services team and consistent quality of technical delivery. We have a very diverse need and require a fair amount of tailored work. Things are delivered to schedule and we get early warning if there have been any quality control checks that required reprocessing well in advance the odd time it happens. The teams are very receptive when any problems occasionally arise.

Cons:

No real negatives. The work is complex so occasionally we have caught issues in acceptance testing the custom code created specifically for us. But the speed of correction has been excellent.

The collaboration with Grepsr until this point has been smooth and very professional. They are attentive to details, flexible and quick with their actions which makes our work way easier and more effective. They always do their best to accommodate our needs and requests. We are also satisfied with the communication we have, they respond to questions and comments immediately. Thanks to this we can keep the product catalog containing hundreds of thousands of products accurate and up to date.

Cons:

Nothing really, sometimes we encounter some little issues with product files but it's expected with the volume of data that we process. Also they are being fixed quickly.
