Great way to keep up with client reviews

We send out review requests for new patients and other services to continue to build our business relationships and solve any potential problems.

Pros:

Like to be able to intervene on poor reviews and correct issues before they get posted. It is also great to follow up with people and have our review management all in one place.

Cons:

Seems expensive for that we are doing. We also wish it was interpreted directly with our software for easier use.

The patient communicator is life changing! I didn't have the ability to text before and this has saved me so much time.

Cons:

I honestly have zero complaints. Honestly I do not use it to it's full capacity, but I truly can't complain. If I have an issue I can call and thy walk me through whatever I need.

Reasons for switching to Doctible

It just didn't have the tools this does and it was too new, it had too many kinks to work out.

Pros:

The onboarding presentation was great. The thought of getting more reviews is obvious, but they don't really stand behind their product.

Cons:

Doesn't integrate with EMR, making for more steps for my staff. Also, they rope you into a self-renewing contract for $300/mo. Not worth it.

Best Review Generator Program we have used thus far!

The best take away from using Doctible was the amount of reviews generated and posted directly to Google not through a third party. Doctible made it easy for our patients to leave a review and then Doctible posted the review to Google so our patients didn't have to!

For us the amount of reviews posted to Google after we started Doctible was amazing! Doctible definetely bumped us up on the Google listing as well. Also the price was very conservative compared to other companies providing the same services or close to the same services.

Cons:

I wish Doctible could do talk to text and also integtrate your new patients forms to automatically populate in the software system we use for our Dental office.

Pros:

I was glad that we were able to incorporate the Doctible patient review system with our current software and messaging system. Although both had a basic review outreach, the Doctible system was more user friendly for our patients and Doctible did a much nicer job in getting the reviews onto Google. They also helped make the reviews available on our website (Google and non Google reviewers) so all future patients could see them. The also scan the reviews and any that seem like a question needs to be addressed they send it directly to me so it can be taken care of ASAP.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that would be a deterrent to using the doctible Review system.

It was the only one that would work with our current software/phone company to incorporate dental reviews and post them to the google platform and onto our website .

Reasons for switching to Doctible

Although Lighthouse is awesome with all our patient messaging and confirmations, their review requests couldn't integrate to our website and patients were having difficulty with the links to write reviews.

Highly recommend Doctible

Overall our office has had a positive experience with doctible. Any issue I have had has been resolved within the day or latest next day. The 2-way texting and the review management has been our favorite feature of doctible. We have seen a huge increase in the amount of google reviews we are receiving weekly.

Pros:

I love most the ease of use of the doctible dashboard, the convenience of being able to text our patients in real time. I also like that our texting number is the same as out office phone number so there is no confusion for the patient. The other thing I love about doctible is the customer support. It is helpful being able to live chat with the doctible support team. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. The integration on boarding process was easy and all of our staff learned the doctible software within a day.

Cons:

Doctible has a feature to read our EMR (Compulink) software appointment schedule. So when patients request appointments online they can actually see our availability. As of now doctible is not able to write back to our Compulink appointment schedule. That would be something we wish to see in the future and from my understanding they are working on it with Compulink.

we switched from using 4patientcare because we needed an API that would integrate with our cloud based EMR software, we were also intrigued by the other features like 2 way texting and review management which at the time was not offered by 4patientcare

Affordable Option for A-La-Carte Reputation Management

Horrible customer service once your sign up

Horrible and still bad, but you signed and they don't care that they don't have all the features, that they have .

1st month trial, worked after that down hill

Cons:

Once they get you signed up, you are persona non grata to them, off to the next victim. Don't sign contract until you know that they are not fully integrated with Dentrix.

Pros:

It is very easy to use especially if you are not a computer guru. The messages are instant. So far I have not had any security issues. Our patients tells us everyday how much they love the service and how much it has helped them keep up with their appointments. It has cut down on phone calls during office hours and it has 100% been the best decision our office has made!

Cons:

You cannot edit info easily or at all on certain situations. There needs to be new campaign templets.

Digital Forms! It changed our lives! We used to have constant issues and frustrated patients filling out paper forms in the office or sending them back and forth by email. Nothing integrated properly with our EHR, and it was a mess. With Doctible’s digital forms, everything is smooth, efficient, and easy—for both staff and patients!

Cons:

We would love to see full integration with NextGen. While the current features are incredibly helpful, a deeper integration—especially one that pulls demographic and medical info directly into the EHR—would make the workflow even more seamless.
