About XOGO Decision Signage

XOGO is a cloud-based digital signage solution suitable for businesses of all sizes. XOGO apps run on Windows, Android and Chrome operating systems.

Users can upload images and videos to create playlists for an unlimited number of screens. Supported file formats include MOV, MP4, PNG and JPEG. The solution allows users to determine how long each image will be displayed and the order in which images and videos appear. Users can import online content feeds to display things like news, weather, sports and social media.

Using Realtime mode, XOGO users can interrupt playback at any time and trigger visible or invisible playlist content. Playlists are cached on each media player, which enables offline playback. Developer APIs are also available.

I think it would be great if they added more plugins.

XOGO is definitely the Software to Go (with)!

I found XOGO when I was looking for a Signage software to stream content in our office. I want a online management system, where I can setup and test easily, where I can update the sources (pictures, videos, web dahsboards, powerBI reports, etc) and manage the content that I want to stream in the screens. Also, one tool that doesn't require aditional hardware. And finally I found out all of this and much more within XOGO Signage Software.

Pros:

Felixibility, agility and usability. XOGO provides a excellent range of options to stream and through a very user-friendly interface it is possible to adapt the content in real-time using just one click. Its really good!

Cons:

So far, except the features that I don't have availble because I still only use free version, everything is perfect!

Reasons for choosing XOGO Decision Signage

Seems the most easy to setup and test and provide a very powerfull free version, wihtou the need to invest money to test. It really convince to invest on it after testing!

User experience isn't easy to understand. Very minimal capabilities of the platform. Zero integrations for dynamic content.

It bears changing out usb all the time and can quickly get all tvs to run the new PowerPoint in a click of a button

Cons:

The setup process did take a good amount of time. But in the end was really worth it.

What I like most about the XOGO Decision Signage is how easy and user friendly it is to use, and it is very easy to learn as well.

Cons:

I wish there was more option for time set image or when we would like to use the image. For example, creating an image that we would like to display in a month but only have it up for a week.

Hi Samin, thanks for the review! Re: scheduling there are two ways to do it. First we have a scheduling tool within every playlist, which allows you to choose which days/times certain content can play (example: set up a food menu that changes from breakfast to lunch automatically at noon every day). We ALSO have a calendar-based scheduling tool ("playlist planner") that allows you to choose which playlist any given media player should be running on a particular date(s). Being able to post different announcements on each TV or message board. Makes it much easier to send mass messages.

Cons:

software is a little difficult to learn. Wish the item you are posting would show on your desktop as it shows on the TV so you can edit it if you need to.

Easy to use but lacking features within an MTR

My overall experience with XOGO Decision Signage has been very positive and efficient. I found the product to be remarkably easy to use and quite fast, which has been a big plus. A major positive for me is how effectively it works and integrates specifically within Microsoft Teams Rooms, as that was my main reason for getting the platform. While I did run into a limitation with dual display support in that specific environment, I understand this is likely a technical issue with Microsoft's platform rather than a problem with XOGO itself, so I'm not faulting XOGO for that. Basically, I've had a highly favorable experience. I've really appreciated how easy it is to use and how quickly it performs, and it's been successful in integrating with how I intended to use it in Microsoft Teams Rooms, even with that minor external technical constraint.

Lack of support for dual display within a Microsoft Teams room, likely an issue with Microsoft so not going to ding XOGO for that.
