Great Product, Great Support

Excellent. Much easier for clients to schedule and takes work off my shoulders. I can't say enough good things about their excellent customer support...which is something hard to find these days.

Pros:

It's ease of use, easy setup, no learning curve, user access is a breeze and it eliminates the back and forth of scheduling. It's integration with Outlook calendar was the key feature I was looking for. Their support is top notch and very responsive.

Cons:

The Outlook integration was a bit cumbersome as I was using old directions and their new process was very quick. It had an issue initially but their support was excellent and it was resolved quickly

Cons:

Nothing major, though cost for smaller teams less than members can be reduced. Option for better annual discount can be provided.

A Great Fit for When You Need A Simple Appointments Booking Solution

It provided a simple way to share my availability and have prospects determine which slots they wanted to take advantage of.

Pros:

It is extremely simple to use. My view is it is a fantastic fit for especially beginners who want to maximize the appointment booking. And if you are a Gmail user, then it's a great find.

Cons:

It is easy to outgrow as it is quite bare bones in terms of feature set. Once your needs grow, you most likely will find alternatives that provide more flexible usage options. I believe you still are stuck with Gmail login, which means if you use other ESP you can't use CalendBook.I must mention that my experience may be dated as I haven't returned to using it in a while since I moved on to a solution more suitable to my needs. For instance, currently, it appears to have integrations via task automation softwares which I don't recall it had back when I used it. I also hear CName is coming, which is a feature I sought as my needs changed.So it would be good if you are new to calendar and appointment booking software to try this out as it might fit your needs just fine.

I recently started using Calendbook, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. Calendbook syncs effortlessly with my existing Google Calendar and other scheduling tools.
