It's been amazing. I appreciate how quickly the team responds to changes we make to our audits, how user friendly the audits are, and the accountability of being able to receive photos from our staff/employees to ensure processes are being followed.

Pros:

The flexibility to make the audits unique to fit our business needs. We use the audits for multiple stores along with our food trucks, which allows us to ensure we have checks and balances for our processes and there's consistency across the board.

Cons:

I can honestly say we don't have anything negative to say. We've been very pleased with the program and our business has become much more efficient.

Go Audit Checklist

The more in-depth you have to be with details, the more the app seems to struggle.

Management can easily delete/ update any questions.

Cons:

The product often logs you out when trying to upload photos, this happens on a daily basis.Limits you to only uploading 4 photos when showing damage ect, so limits what you can show on reports.If you press 'no' for option it lowers the percentage of the report or in some cases wont let you complete until marked'yes'.

Great service!

We have been using GoAudits for many years and has been a great asset to our working procedures. On only a few occasions we needed to make contact for assistance, and everytime [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful and professional.

Once the audit is created, it is easy to navigate to use, add comments, add photos, etc.

Cons:

Rearranging questions or selecting answer type can be a bit fiddly when creating a new audit template.

it is a great application and accurate application for auditing.

Cons:

It is very difficult to re-arrange the list as you need to re-create the list which will take you more time. for example: 1. Floor 24 2. Floor 22 3. Floor 23 It would be great if I could drag 3. Floor 23 to replace with 2. Floor 22. cause sometime the content of each floor are different. so we just can't rename the floor.

I love the app! It is easy to use and very user-friendly! I also love the support staff! [sensitive content hidden] has been my go-to guy for all my questions and system support. If I need to answer any question, he will either find a solution or help me find an answer quickly!

Cons:

I used to really love the broadcast function. But recent changes have made it less convenient to use. I also think the analytics are slightly primitive. It would be more useful if data graphics could be used to show data.

The ability to transform and replicate our audits entirely in a digital space, without limiting the user in capturing the essence of the audit. The quick and automatic insights the application provides is a major key in reducing the time spent auditing, which has helped the team a lot.

Cons:

No cons so far, the Go Audit team resolves any issue that may arise in short succession.
