Feedback m-risk

Nuestra relación comercial ha sido muy buena desde un inicio con el proveedor, hemos tenido áreas de oportunidad en ambos lados donde hemos tomado responsabilidad y acción al respecto. Siempre me siento escuchada con mi contacto comercial y considero que las mejoras que les solicitamos siempre son cuestionadas y eso es bueno porque no dejan que nos equivoquemos al respecto. Ambos hemos aprendido con esta implementación y mis clientes internos que son Seguridad Industrial, Medio Ambiente, Riegos y CSR se han sentido muy satisfechos con la plataforma a medida que la hemos adaptado de acuerdo a nuestras necesidades como negocio.

Que es de fácil uso, tienen una interfaz amigable.

Cons:

La interfaz es amigable pero luce ya un poco vieja, es necesario estar cuidando la experiencia del usuario e ir a la vanguardia con nuevas funcionalidades a través de apps.

1. Porque de inicio estaba convencida que cumplía los requerimientos de mis clientes los cuales formaron parte en el proceso de evaluación de las soluciones. 2. Porque el soporte que tendría del proveedor sería en idioma Español.

Plataforma M-Risk

El uso de la plataforma ha venido a simplifcar el manejo de la información de la empresa, con el uso de reporteadores y de widgets, la información se obtiene de forma clara y rapida lo que nos permite analizarla de una forma conveniente.

Pros:

Que es una herramienta practica de administración de datos , con modulos de bastante utilidad y facil de usar. Lo ultimo que se integro a la Plataforma Power Bi- Reporteador me parece excelente.

Cons:

Al principio la integración del software fue lenta y un poco confusa. Creo que todo programa siempre puede ser mejorado, M-risk y los usarios no hemos dado a la tarea de hacerlo.
