About PegEx Platform

PegEx Platform is a cloud-based hazardous waste management tool built specifically for waste haulers, brokers, and disposal facilities. Features include revenue tracking, digitized workflows, work order management, and biennial reporting. PegEX lets supervisors manage and track waste stream records on metrics such as waste types, financial characteristics, regulatory information, and much more.

PegEx Platform comes with an operations module that allows administrators to view the development of work access vendor/partner details track customer history and more. Managers can use the dashboard to retrieve snapshots of ongoing operations at executive individual or departmental levels This product also automates the creation and printing of manifests for digital submissions letting employees track the movement of waste between facilities.

Great Program

Overall I would describe our experience as a 10/10. The team at PegEx is most helpful and always there when you need. The platform has alleviated hours of leg work on our team's end across multiple facets within our company.

Pros:

PegEx software has assisted our company across multiple facets of our company. It has streamlined our haz waste profiling & manifest management processes. Our sales team has accurate, real-time sales reports for current leads, prospects & current customers. The biggest "plus" in regards to PegEx is the customer service team. They are always on standby and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. We would recommend 10/10 to others.

Cons:

The only areas for improvement given our involvement would be the rollout of new/additional features. After 2+ years of using PegEx, I still feel that our team has only scratched the surface of the platforms full capabilities. It is our goal in this next year to work closely with the PegEx support team to maximize this platform.

Reasons for choosing PegEx Platform

The ease of use with PegEx stood out against the other product. Also, the customer services offered by PegEx were much more beneficial for customization to our needs internally.

The PegEx Platform Is Where Innovation Meets Reliability And Efficiency

We're taking our historically paper reliant industry into the digital age. We've seen a huge increase in overall operational efficiency and data retention. We're able to manage our customer base with ease and create new opportunities for revenue growth. The PegEx Platform is a true home run for the entire waste industry and we're lucky to be able to reap the benefits of this innovative software solution.

Pros:

The Dashboard feature allows me to breeze through my daily tasks and provides an overall snapshot to help me attack my day with efficiency and accuracy. The PegEx Platform is truly reliable whether you're in the office or in the field and the mobile experience never lets me down when I need to access customer information on the road. We've seen a 20% increase in our close rate because The PegEx Platform allows us to optimize our industry-specific data. This puts vital information at our fingertips which gives us a leg up on the competition. The waste profile tool and custom document generator are can't miss features.

Cons:

It can be easy to duplicate customer information at times but you're able to quickly remedy the mistake. The user experience could be improved in the Calendar view.

Reasons for switching to PegEx Platform

We were spending too many resources attempting to develop Salesforce to meet the highly specific needs of the waste industry. It made sense to switch to a platform that was designed to enhance all of our workflows.

To many feature changes without checking with the customer first. Seems like features changes are made by the platform team, but not necessarily in the best interest of the user. Feature requests take for every to get implemented.

Dashboards, Sales Review Options. Keeping track of all current and potential business. Quick quoting options. The report Center.

Cons:

Limited security functions, like required fields. No ability to build my own reports. Doesn't feed other programs that we are using.

The platform is easy on the eyes and has powerful tools for creating manifests and paperwork.

Cons:

There is some integration between manifests - invoices and waste tracking that were not initially part of the software that PegEx has been providing support to integrate.

Reasons for switching to PegEx Platform

EnviroWare expected their customers to adapt to the software platform rather then having a platform that could be flexible enough to adapt to an existing business.

Pros:

I really enjoy the reporting capabilities offered by Peg-ex, being able to pull what material is on site and track it has become a super useful tool for compliance and for our customers as well!

Cons:

The "task" feature of Peg-ex is not commonly used by it and has not been a huge benefit to us yet. We are hoping that as we integrate more of the company into Peg-ex we can further develop and utilize this function.
