Solid and Reliable Webscraping Package with lots of features

I wanted to outsource my webscraping to a high quality tool I could always integrate with and lean on for high quality output. It has proven this for me with no issues at all.

Pros:

Scrapfly has, for me, always provided high quality output and handled all of my webscrapping needs, the functionality is vast and solid. When I've needed to interact with a new feature I've found it works flawlessly, well documented and they provide all the additional tools required. It integrates seemlessly with other automation applications and the free tier enables amble access to try the tool in anger before purchasing the product.

Cons:

Very little, some features take a little figuring out through the documentation but the information to do so is always there.

I found Scrapfly incredible quick and easy to just get up and running. Whilst exploring other options, Scrapfly seemed a solid option, it was the first I really tested and the free access gave me more than enough opporuntity to test the tool. I have not been disappointed in any other way and not looked back as a result.

I’ve been extremely impressed with Scrapfly’s web scraping API. From the start, the platform has been reliable, fast, and easy to integrate into my existing workflow. The documentation is very clear and comprehensive, which made onboarding smooth for my team. What really stands out, though, is the quality of the service and support. Whenever my team had questions or needed help troubleshooting, the Scrapfly team responded quickly. For example, when we notified Scrapfly that the website we were scraping updated it's Cloudflare protection, the Scrapfly team quickly pushed an update to their product, ensuring that my team team had minimal disruption. They clearly care about their users' experience and it shows. Overall, the performance of their product is consistent and scalable — meeting my team's needs. I couldn’t be happier with Scrapfly and strongly recommend it.

Cons:

The lack of availability from the support team on the weekends. If there could be at least reduced availability on the weekends, that would be great.

Datadome busting

Great. I tried making my own scraper with proxy switching and data done solving, to get cheaper than scrapfly, but my solution was very unreliable and Scrapfly is 100% worth it.

It works. Via API it has an absolutely phenomenal captcha silver and manages to get through some difficult Datadome challenges.

Cons:

Sometimes it'll timeout, which isn't that major of an issue, and I was able to get around it but, naturally this will be an issue with more users.

Scrapfly has some very useful tooling in their dashboard to help speed up testing and scraping. I found myself jumping to the API Player feature multiple times to try out various ideas. I also like the batch endpoint. It takes away managing large url lists and reduces the need to send multiple requests that trigger detection. Their github repo of scraping scripts are also useful examples.

Cons:

I never like it when services don't make the number of uses very clear. A credit-based system obfuscates this a bit.

It's so easy to use; it's clear and functional. The API is amazing and works great on no-code platforms. I am very happy.

Cons:

Some documentation or videos on how to use it on make.com or similar platforms like Zapier for non-coders like me would be helpful. Some information can be overwhelming with the way it is right now.

Easy of use. You can get started in a few minutes and scrape hard to scrape sites with relative easy.

Cons:

I don't fully understand the credit system. It's hard to gauge my spend for the month. But not a big deal.

Excellent anti-bot bypass

Good experience so far. I use this solution as redundancy for a cheaper offering that doesn't need all of the bells and whistles. Although the price is reasonable, so I may have to re-evaluate.

Pros:

The automatic bypassing of anti-bot protection works wonders. I love how requests are upgraded without any manual intervention. This works better than any other solutions that I've tried and can bypass WAFs with overzealous policies such as Imperva.

Cons:

Manual account approval, although I suspect that this is to stop duplicate accounts and misusage of the tool.

Best scraping api out there

I've tried a lot of Scraping apis from Zenrows to ScrapingBee and Scrapfly is not only the most cost-effective but also the fastest from what I've seen.

Cons:

UI is a bit outdated, but it still has everything you need there.
