About FireDrum Email Marketing

FireDrum is a cloud-based email marketing tool designed for businesses of all sizes. It offers email design, list management, member reporting and campaign reporting functionalities within a suite.

The FireDrum editor allows users to design emails using a drag-and-drop interface. Users can also add images to their emails with the help of Pixabay integration. The list management feature lets users import contacts from CSV files and create segmented lists based on member information such as age and location.

Users can track email open rates and click-through rates of their campaigns in the real time. FireDrum also allows users to track subscriber activities, and it integrates with social media sites include Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Users can also insert social media sharing icons in their emails, which enables recipients to share campaigns.

Good system for email marketing and management

communication is key with so many options for subscribers and FireDrum provides the tools needed to engage my audience on a regular basis while managing my list to its maximum efficiency and ROI.

Easy to get started and fairly easy to use. Really good for a beginner and/or a scaling company whose revenue is growing month over month.

Cons:

Nothing outstanding about Fire Drum. Pricey compared to some competitors for 10,000 contacts.

Pros:

I am running about 40%-45% opens on my e-newsletters. Obviously, I would like 100% opens but I don't know how to have that happen

Cons:

The options for the fields are limiting; e.g., the size of photos input are more or less set and can't really be altered.

Communication. we use it as a newsletter and reminder prompt. It works great to advise members quickly and without the added cost of paper and postage.

Pros:

Great flexibility and tailoring of design in emails that you can send. I was able to get a very professional look on my own with little design experience.

Cons:

Managing members. I would like to delete members who are older and no longer relevant to email.

Time saver, great value

I have had terrible time in the past trying to do proper email blasts always missing or sending correspondance twice by mistake. Now is a breeze.

Making marketing a more efficient process and the ability to “share” the tasks with other when important messages or marketing campaigns need to be sent at specific times.

Ease of use ... very logical way to set up emails, test them, and send. Dashboard is clear, easy to navigate

Cons:

Not sure of using specialized lists... for example if you want to send to “newest” emails. or send a note to those who have not been active for awhile

Wow how this helped our Beta Program

We have looked at HubSpot great and Firedrum, both fit in different places to get the word out about your product or services. The templetes get us to the spot and focus us on different clients not just a blanket email campain.

Pros:

We like the features it adds that were so expensive in the past. Like how many contacts per month you slide the bar and add more bits and come up with a cost, even the free account we use allowed us to get started up to the limimt then grow from that point.

Cons:

still working with the features but over all the software does what it says send email campains from mobile
