Marsello vs Kangaroo: Which is best for you?

Up to this point the experience has been good, other than the pop up which is poorly designed and looks like it's been coded by a 5 year old (my webdesigners comments) But I rate a company on their ability to resolve issues when things go wrong and on this occasion it's been a 1 star

When things go wrong they're terrible at sorting things out, we've had an issue for a couple of weeks and nothing is being done about it.

The integration with Lightspeed e-com and pos has worked and now that we have moved our e-com platform to Shopify it is working there as well and also integrates well with Judge.me reviews so that our customers can continue to earn points when they review our products.

I do think the cost to send texts is high, it really adds up if you have a large customer database, and it has the potential to get out of hand when you set up automated text campaigns.
