Hunter is a cloud-based email marketing software that allows organizations to find emails on company websites, verify domains and handle follow-up activities. Marketers can also track and follow up with prospects that have opened their emails, generate reports, manage campaigns and send unlimited emails to any list. Managers can also track and gain insights into the performance of campaigns via analytics.

Hunter allows marketing teams to send cold emails, insert images in emails, export search results and track follow-ups progress. It enables enterprises to build email lists and send emails from their own domain with ease. Hunting professional email with Hunter

Hunter.io fits best when we need to extract professional email addresses along with detailed research on any intended company.

Hunter has an inbuilt search engine through which a user can extract email addresses and company details by submitting the intended company's web address, which is the best-liked thing about this app.

Cons:

Hunter.io now has removed a feature that would allow a user to search and verify professional email addresses from the LinkedIn profile link.

Targets are close as far as a click on your mouse..

It saves extra time for me, resourcing is a time eater activity and hunter io makes it easy to manage..

makes you feel comfortable while searching new bussiness opportunities, finding email is a key point to get in touch with a new company. Email verification is also so important, it saves your effort and time as well.

Great platform for email prospecting & outreach

I really like using Hunter.io for prospection and outreach activities. I like that I can import leads from elsewhere, the bulk upload functionalities and simple, intuitive interface.

Simple and easy to use interface, spam review score for email campaigns and various bulk upload-download functionalities.

Cons:

It can be difficult to find saved leads as when searching for parts of emails they do not always show up. Also sometimes I don't want leads to be saved as leads but they still get saved as such.

A practical, useful tool

An excellent tool to feed your commercial database. It is pretty intuitive to use, and does not create problems.

It is a practical tool. We use it a lot to get contacts in companies that we are interesting to meet.

Cons:

No Linked-in info, it would be fantastic to get it directly from Hunter, without having to use two different info sources.

However, since August 2017, LinkedIn has restricted the use of browser extensions and direct access to their platform for email discovery. In line with their Terms of Use, and because transparency is a core value for us at Hunter, we do not offer a LinkedIn integration anymore. That said, we recommend trying our Email Finder or Bulk Email Finder tools. By entering the person’s full name and their company name or domain, you can find their email addresses. Not found yet. As I remember, it can be a an extension app and install on Safari, but now have to open the website at the same time

Great way to find and verify new contacts for business development

This is a great way to vet contacts and find new contacts from different companies. We use it a lot to track down email addresses for companies that we thing would be a great fit for us.

This is very easy to use and provides the right contacts and emails for the decision makers we are looking to grow our business with.

Cons:

there really aren't any negatives to the program. It is easy to use and fast. If there is a way to add verified phone numbers that would be great.

Pros:

Nice customer support and easy platform to understand and use. The cost is very good across all platforms use cases as well.

Cons:

There was a bug with something I was attempting but CS was able to get me sorted out with some additional credits as well for the error. Didn't experience again.
