- We cannot see the install progress in the console, The status shown on device page just shows installing and we cannot see how much the installation has completed or its just stuck.

- One of the main pros of this software is the ability to easily see the status of your devices in one place, to easily pick out devices that need updating.
- The base solution (without Cortex) is adequate at doing patches and tasks, but it is quite expensive for lacking some basic functions I would expect it to have that are in Cortex.
