Cons:

Dashworks keeps evolving each day. I encountered a few issues if accounts are not integrated properly with Dashworks. It should provide better error handling and keep the user informed.

Cons:

One of the features I feel that is missing is a web extension for Dashworks. For easier access.

it is very easy to use and the Ai functions well within reason. it also provides a reference which makes it easy to find the source of the information. it easily integrates with slack

Cons:

I wish there was a way to choose which Slack channels Dashworks gathers information from and which ones to ignore. It would also be helpful to have the ability to set a specific time range for retrieving the information.

Great place to find your knowledge

Dashworks really helps me on a daily basis with the document search and retrieval process, especially in my early days at this company. It's a good platform to keep all the knowledge in one place.
